TRAIL A.  3.4 miles/5.4km
From Dam follow trail up to marker A6. Turn right down the steep downhill track to marker A17. Turn right, return to Dam.
 
TRAIL B 4.6miles/7.3km.
Start as trail A until marker A8 turn right down track to marker A14, follow the trail straight on for the Dam.

TRAIL C 6.5miles/10.4km
The full circuit. Follow signs, avoid turnings to Kozan and Hisarkoy at A10. At A10 turn sharp right to return to the Dam.

TRAIL D TO HISARKOY 8.5miles/13.6km
As trail C follow road up to Hisarkoy at A10, you will return on the same track back to A10. Turn left and follow the track back to the Dam. Hisarkoy has a small shop and café and is undergoing changes under EU funding to create a village tourism project.

TRAIL E. TO KOZAN MOUNTAIN RESTAURANT 11.5miles/18.4km
As trail C, at A10 follow marker to Kozan restaurant/Kozankoy village. On joining the tarmac trail at A22 turn left up to the Kozan restaurant. A quite exceptional location with a restaurant and drinks available plus small craft shop. Retrace the trail to A10 and follow Dam circuit.

TRAIL F TO KOZANKOY VILLAGE. 13.1miles/20.8km
As trail E until marker A22 on road. Turn right for Kozankoy village. The road is tarmac through the village and the new restaurant and shop provide a welcome break. Leave village on lower road until marker A 29, turn sharp right heading back north. Bear left at A30 (for a visit to Ayios Pandelemon Monastery turn right, it is a few hundred metres off the track) follow across field past marker A31 to join Hisarkoy track at A32.Turn right down hill to marker A10. Turn sharp right to resume Dam circuit.

TRAIL G.  12.8 miles/20.5km.
To Kozan restaurant  as trail E then head north over the crest towards the sea joining Kyrenia Mountain Trail. At G11 (note different KMT markers) turn sharp left off the tarmac, heading west. Follow the trail through pleasant woods before descending to joint the Dan trails at A6. Option to turn right or go straight on to marker A17 to resume the Dam circuit.

All trails start by passing over the Dam and heading south. There is a slow steady climb but that is really the only ascent on the A B & C circuits.

BIKE HIRE
At Gecitkoy, Ozyarali Market, VOLKAN’S PLACE has 30 Marin bobcat trail mountain bikes available for hire, all sizes available £12.00 per day or £8.00 for a half-day (£72 for a week). Pre-booking of bikes is recommended on Sundays. Gecitkoy is on the main road from Lapta towards Guzelyurt and is about one mile inland from the coast.

MOUNTAIN BIKE HIRE FOR OTHER THAN A DAY OUT AT THE RESERVOIR IS POSSIBLE. THERE IS A MINIMUM OF THREE DAYS HIRE AND THE BIKES CAN BE DELIVERED AND COLLECTED FROM YOUR HOTEL OR VILLA AT THE END OF THE HIRE PERIOD. HIRE IS SUBJECT TO A DAILY CHARGE OF £12 AND A DELIVERY AND COLLECTION CHARGE OF £5 APPLIES TO AREAS WEST OF KYRENIA AND £10 TO THE EAST.
